Community Manager

Brooke serves as a Community Association Manager on the Avenue One Properties team. With 14 years of experience in property management including Residential Property Management and Community Association Management as a Portfolio Manager. She has managed new construction large-scale communities, gated communities, large master planned communities, and townhomes. Her approachable personality and diplomatic ability allow her to balance the HOA rules and community needs in an ever-changing industry.
