Susan has worked in the HOA industry for 23 years, in three different states, Arizona, Pennsylvania and Colorado. Susan has managed every type of product, condos, townhomes, mid rises, and large-scale communities, she has also worked extensively with developers and home builders. In April 2014 Susan was awarded the title of Top Ten Manager of the year, and in 2016 she was awarded as a Top Three Manager of the Year. This distinguished award is presented through Community Association Institute and is a nationwide award. In 2017 The Rocky Mountain Chapter of Community Association Institute awarded Susan with the Excellence in Management Award.

Susan’s many years of hands-on property management expertise also makes a perfect fit for delivering superior customer service to her Boards of Directors, homeowners, and their communities.

Susan has earned her PCAM, the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management. Susan is an avid golfer and enjoys skiing in the winter, she currently serves as Board President on two Golf Association Boards.
