Community Manager

Charise serves as a Community Manager with Avenue One Properties. Charise has been a Community Association Manger for 7 years and has managed single family and multiple family homes. She comes from a Retail background as well as owning her own entertainment company for a number of years. Charise believes that community management is more than just managing, it is building a community as well. She has a passion for building relationships. In her spare time she plays guitar, piano and sings.
