Community Manager

Ron joined the Avenue One Properties team in January 2016 after selling Hallmark Management to BRC Management which became Avenue One Properties. Ron began his HOA carrier in 1989 in California where he served as the Vice President of the HOA Board in his community. In 1991 Ron relocated to Colorado and became the President of two HOA Boards in Castle Pines. Purchasing and operating a HOA management company for 17 years gives Ron 29 years of experience in HOA management. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Ron is a Steeler fan who enjoys snow & water skiing.
